One of EXPOCAN´s main principles consists in having a social responsability with our employees and our surrounding environment. Some of the social activities with our employees have been:
We generate employment…Our workforce is between 350 and 380 seasonal employees.
We donate uniforms…As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility and by iniciative of our broker, we donated uniforms during our 2012-2013 season. These uniforms came from Miami through CONTINENTAL FRESH LLC, and were donated to children from schools in LejamanÃ, Comayagua.
We motivate our staff…As part of our staff motivation program, at the beginning of the 2013-2014 season we gave plastic thermos to our employees, which were donated by the company EUROPEN DE HONDURAS.
